Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking FLEX Licensed Security Officers to provide coverage for open shifts, vacations, call-offs, and special events in a busy retail environment. Officers must work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights as business needs require.

You will maintain a safe environment for guests and tenants while delivering excellent customer service. Officers should be able to walk or stand for long periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and

Qualifications

• Customer service aptitude and strong communication skills.
• Experience in emergency response and safety procedures.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols and observe activity within the shopping center.
• Monitor for theft, vandalism, safety hazards, and policy violations.
• Respond promptly to disturbances and emergencies; assist customers.
