Job summary

Supportive Care, a behavioral health provider, seeks licensed professionals for a Memphis nursing home. Work 3–4 days per week with flexibility between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Opportunities exist for part-time or full-time schedules depending on location and need.

Compensation ranges per day vary by license: LPC/LMHC/LMFT $350–$450, LCSW $400–$475, Psychologist $600–$800, plus gas/mileage reimbursement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional license in psychology or a related mental health field.
• LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT licenses are accepted.
• At least one qualifying mental health license is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
• Provide psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy/talk therapy sessions for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
• Deliver social support therapy and conduct weekly therapy sessions.
• Implement therapy plans tailored to each resident's needs.
