Qualifications

• Must hold an active professional license in psychology/social work/mental health counseling or related field.
• Licensure must be current and in good standing.
• Ability to provide psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish open communication for residents with mental or emotional issues.
• Provide psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and treatment.
• Provide social support therapy weekly.
• Implement therapy plans tailored to each patient.
