Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience required.
• Must have own lawn care equipment.
• Ability to perform routine lawn maintenance and seasonal services.
• Knowledge of turf care, trimming, edging, and basic plant maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing).
• Maintain landscaping beds, shrubs, and turf health.
• Conduct seasonal cleanups and yard maintenance.
• Prepare properties for showings, tenants, or listing photos.
• Identify lawn or landscape issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure strong curb appeal and consistent property presentation.
