Formación

• Must be 16 years of age or older; 18+ preferred due to equipment restrictions.
• Cheerful and positive attitude with a customer-service mindset.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work a varying schedule.
• Ability to lift 15–60 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations and tasks such as fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the area clean and organized at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes; work safely around kitchen equipment.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned and adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
