Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a source of reliable transportation.
• Ability to handle equipment, pans, pots and navigate shelving.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required.
• Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh ingredients according to Chick-fil-A recipes and quality standards.
• Washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning food items for daily operations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the prep and storage areas.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times.
• Stocking and rotating inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Assisting the kitchen team with prep tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
• Working collaboratively with fellow team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
