Job summary

KidStrong is seeking coaches to join our growing team. You will work with energetic children aged 15 months to 8 years, delivering our brain, physical, and character development curriculum with a professional coaching staff.

Classes run on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings, with weekend shifts starting at 8 AM. A flexible schedule and opportunities to coach private classes help you increase hours and build a rewarding career with KidStrong.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified

Responsibilities

• Coach kids in ages 15 months to 8 years across classes.
• Engage parents, explain curriculum and progress.
• Maintain safety and proper exercise form during sessions.
• Support flexible scheduling and private coaching hours.
• Collaborate with studio team to deliver a high-energy program.
