The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with peak-hour coverage and a responsive schedule to support store operations and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract fans.
• As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, creating memorable shopping moments.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for smooth in-brand operations.
• Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends and peak times to match business needs.
