Pandora is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) at our Houston Premium Outlets location. You will deliver a world-class customer experience, exceed sales goals, and engage fans with product knowledge, styling tips, and authentic care.

The role requires availability for peak hours—nights, weekends, holidays—and involves lifting up to 50 pounds, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and upholding merchandising standards while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and build relationships.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
