Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Rexburg, ID to join a fast-paced, growing team. You will perform cleaning of rooms, restrooms, offices, floors and windows according to procedures and the building's schedule, supporting a high-traffic environment with attention to safety and quality.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with flexible shifts and opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within a national facility services provider.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals (generally in English; may have Spanish where state required).
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of hours; cell phone reimbursement provided where required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
• Complete sweep logs, as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
