Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member to join our fast-paced facilities team in Monaca, PA. This entry-level role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow with a national facility services leader.

You will clean restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas, follow safety procedures, and support daily operations. We provide training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures (English; Spanish where required).
• KBSPresence timekeeping app required on personal device.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
• Complete sweep logs, as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
