Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member to join our fast-paced facilities team in Bethesda, MD. The role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Shifts run 12 pm to 8 pm. Employees use the KBSPresence app for timekeeping, with cell phone reimbursement where required. Benefits eligibility for part-time roles is noted, with a focus on safety and quality in a healthcare-ready environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long hours.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English (Spanish where state required).
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app usage for clocking in/out and training.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedures and building schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, lockers, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, and mop floors; clean spills.
• Clean windows and polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms for customers and staff.
• Complete sweep logs; operate and sanitize equipment safely.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
