Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate opportunity to join our Janitorial Services Team as a Janitorial Crew Member in Austin, TX. If you want a flexible schedule to earn income while contributing to a fast-paced, growing team with leadership opportunities, this is the job for you!

Starting pay is $14.58 per hour. The role includes lifting up to 49 pounds, long periods of standing and walking, and using the KBSPresence app for clocking in and training.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Standing and walking for 10–12 hours during shifts
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals (English; Spanish where required)
• Access to KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping and shift updates

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to the building's operational schedule and standard procedures
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors; clean glass surfaces and polish stainless steel
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products; maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies
• Complete shift logs and operate equipment safely; follow health and sanitation procedures
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
