BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support students from PreK to 22 in the San Juan Capistrano area. This contract role is on-site across multiple campuses with itinerant assignments in San Clemente and Mission Viejo, offering either full-time or part-time schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Occupational Therapy and a California OT license (no COTAs). Experience in school settings and ability to manage a diverse caseload is preferred.

• Travel between campuses as itinerant OT (San Clemente and Mission Viejo areas).
• Maintain accurate student documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Adapt to evolving school environment with proactive, innovative approaches.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active and current California OT License (no COTAs considered for this role)
• Prior experience within school settings highly desired
• Confidence managing a diverse caseload, serving students aged PreK through 22
• Willingness to adapt amidst evolving district needs and board meeting-driven changes
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services, including evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for students assigned across several school sites
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
• Travel between assigned campuses as an itinerant OT—flexibility and reliability are essential
