Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex Incident Response in East Brunswick, NJ. The role supports diverse client sites across healthcare, education, finance, and retail, performing patrols, incident reporting, and emergency notifications.

You will work 30–40 hours per week, with a flexible, self-scheduling program and irregular shifts to meet client needs. Minimum qualifications include being 18+ (21+ for armed positions), HS diploma, background check, drug screen, and valid

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
Warn violators of infractions such as loitering or prohibited articles.
Monitor entrances and exits and verify authorized access.
