Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless and connectivity brand. You will serve as the liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing scheduled one-hour visits twice per month.

This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling, immediate start dates upon certification, and compensation of $24 per hour plus travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail; reliable and professional.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Must have access to a personal smart device (iOS/Android).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Perform recurring visits and audits; resolve issues and ensure quality.
• Assist with visual merchandising and display fixes on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
