Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store wireless audits and merchandising as a 1099 independent contractor. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing audits and ensuring product quality during visits scheduled twice per month.

Visits are one hour each, with total hours varying by market. The role offers flexible scheduling, immediate start upon certification, and pay starting at $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
