Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care and encourage client independence while preserving confidentiality.
• Provide non-skilled personal care: bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, reminders for medications, and homemaking.
• Perform light housework and errands as needed to support daily living.
• Follow emergency procedures and report changes in client condition promptly.
