• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and tidy living spaces.
• Support clients with gentle walks or therapy-approved stretches.
• Remind clients about medication and note wellness changes.
• Share companionship through conversation, games, or outings.
