Qualifications

• Experience as Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain soon.
• Housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity – assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – prepare simple meals and keep living spaces clean.
• Medication & Wellness – provide reminders and monitor basic health cues.
• Active Companionship – converse, play, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Light Exercise Support – assist with stretches or basic therapy routines as directed.
