Job summary
Complete Care at Home, a family-owned in-home caregiving agency serving Santa Barbara County, seeks caring individuals to assist seniors in several cities including Solvang, Buellton, Santa Ynez, and Santa Barbara. You will provide essential support with daily living tasks and companionship, and you may travel to clients' homes throughout the region.
No prior experience required, though experience is a perk; we offer paid training, 24/7 scheduler access, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive
Qualifications
- Have deep compassion and respect for seniors.
- Be willing to undergo a background check for the Home Care Aide Registration of California.
- Have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Be able to communicate effectively in English at a conversational level.
- Be punctual!
- Be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Showering/bathing assistance for clients.
- Toileting/incontinence care support.
- Meal preparation for daily needs.
- Light cleaning and tidying client spaces.
- Ambulation assistance with walkers, wheelchairs, gait belts, and lifts.
- Transportation to medical appointments, outings, and errands.
- Medication reminders as directed by caregivers.
