Job summary

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in clients' homes. We offer flexible scheduling, a $200 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, 24/7 office support, and referral bonuses.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on location. Responsibilities include supervising for safety, supporting behavioral activities, helping with chores and routines, before/after school care, hygiene care, and personal care

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check.
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety
• Behavioral activities
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine
• Before and after school care
• Hygiene care as needed
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care
