Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants to deliver in-home care in New Mexico. You’ll build one-on-one relationships with clients, follow a care plan, and help with daily activities in a flexible schedule that fits your life.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Respect for cultural and spiritual differences.
• Maintain client confidentiality and dignity.
• Must have a TB test and proof for HR.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the plan of care and promote independence.
• Report emergencies or changes in client condition to RN.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality.
