Job summary

Companions & Homemakers seeks caregivers to provide non-medical home care across Connecticut. You will follow each client's Plan of Care, transport to appointments, and assist with daily tasks. Compensation includes benefits and referral bonuses, with flexible Weekdays, Weekends, Overnights, and Live-In shifts.

The role emphasizes companionship, reliability, and compassionate support, while maintaining client dignity and safety in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care.
• Assist with transport to appointments and activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands and grocery shopping.
• Assist dressing, bathing, mobility and incontinence care as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support as a steady presence.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.

Responsibilities
