OnePlace Home Health is hiring compassionate, dependable CHHA caregivers to serve clients throughout New Jersey. This part-time role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and steady case opportunities with room to grow within a supportive home care agency.

We are currently hiring in multiple New Jersey counties, with opportunities to work with various clients. CHHA certification preferred; CNA bridge pathways may be available. Training resources may be offered by the agency.

Qualifikationen

• Active New Jersey CHHA certificate preferred for immediate placement.
• Must be able to follow a care plan and communicate clearly.
• Must pass all required background checks.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Provide personal care and hygiene support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision as appropriate
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow the client’s individualized care plan
• Clock in and out accurately for every visit
• Document care provided during each shift
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the office or supervisory team
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality at all times
