Qualifications

• Independent contractor status (1099) with set per-inspection pay.
• Own equipment: smartphone, computer with internet, printer.
• Ability to pass a background check and manage your own schedule.
• Must drive and cover Smyth County and surrounding rural areas.

Responsibilities
