Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Hawkins County, Tennessee and surrounding areas. You control your schedule, manage your own routing, and complete exterior visits that typically take 5-6 minutes on-site.

This is a 1099 role with pay based per inspection. Earn a per-inspection rate with potential to earn the equivalent of $25-$35 per hour, depending on volume and county rates.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with reliable time-management.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Own and operate required equipment including vehicle and smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential occupancy verifications (exterior) in Hawkins County, TN.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit reports via mobile apps.
• Maintain timely reporting and territory coverage.
