Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Medical evaluation including history, exam, and labs.
• Formulate and manage weight loss plans with FDA-approved pharmacotherapy.
• Manage comorbidities such as diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia.
• Collaborate with Weight Management Team to ensure holistic care.
• Document in EHR (Epic) with timely records.
