Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. You will help ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

The Team Member role supports Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to maintain standards and procedures while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting. Must be 16+ with flexible availability; full-time positions may be available depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• 18 years old to work opening and closing shifts.
• Flexible work availability.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state - federal law.
• Prior customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, process payments, and address issues.
• Operate cash register or POS devices, perform suggestive selling.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen area, counters, and utensils.
• Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Attend shifts punctually and regularly.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues.
• Learn team effectiveness skills and work toward team goals.
