Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by keeping products well-stocked, properly displayed, and ready for purchase. You will travel to stores, coordinate with store teams, and complete merchandising tasks during peak periods and projects.

Requirements include owning a smartphone with data, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and travel flexibility within a region. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Own smartphone with data plan for work communications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• English proficiency to communicate with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are prime.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using mobile app.
• Assist with setup of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
