Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking flexible, independent workers for a delivery/driver side hustle as a Research Associate. You set your own hours and earn based on productivity, with a guaranteed minimum in wage-floor areas. Thorough training is provided to maximize efficiency in each store you visit.

As a part-time position, you can start quickly with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. You must be able to stand for shifts and lift up to 40 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app and ability to receive work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments through the pricing app.
• Complete tasks on time with the required accuracy.
• Maintain safety and organization while performing duties.
