RDSolutions is seeking individuals to join as flexible part-time associates who collect items at grocery stores according to assignments. You set your own schedule within client windows and earn money by completing projects with a guaranteed minimum in some areas.

Training is provided to maximize efficiency, and paid drive time plus mileage reimbursement helps offset travel. This role emphasizes independence and reliability for steady income opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect items at grocery stores according to assignments for RDSolutions.
• Follow schedules and complete projects within the required timeframe.
• Maintain vehicle safety, insurance documents, and accurate reporting of hours and mileage.
