Job summary

ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collection at assigned local retailers weekly for 52 weeks a year. You will scan barcodes on displays and in aisle locations using a mobile app, and provide quantities for a subset of products each week.

The role offers workplace independence, flexible hours tailored to scheduling needs and client requirements, with ongoing physical activity during shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collection by scanning barcodes in assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Visit a designated selection of stores each week and scan product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations.
• Report to stores within the described deadlines and complete Display Scanning across the store weekly.
• Assist with Custom Projects that can add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work for certain weeks across stores.
