Job summary

The Retail Project Merchandiser at Anderson Merchandisers supports client projects by performing product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image captures according to provided instructions. This is ongoing on an as-needed basis with flexible shifts in stores.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and hold a valid driver's license. Customer service or sales experience is preferred and reliable daily communication with on-site supervisors is

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate daily activities and opportunities to on-site supervisor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image captures according to provided instructions.
• Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy and precision.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all company policies.
• Communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, and barriers to the onsite supervisor.
• Utilize handheld device functions effectively and consistently.
