Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Retail Project Merchandiser to assist in client project execution and daily store merchandising. Employment is ongoing on an as-needed basis, with pay rate listed as $19.00 per hour.

The role requires lifting, mobility, and flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, in retail environments. Applicants should have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional heavy lifts up to 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Access to computer, internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Perform product pulls, stocking, merchandising, and image captures per instructions.
• Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies.
• Communicate daily activities and opportunities to the onsite supervisor.
• Use handheld devices effectively and consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
• Work flexible shifts based on store requirements.
