Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality direct ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required for commuting to locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.

Skills

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

Effective communication in English

Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

Valid state identification card

Reliable transportation

Must pass a criminal background check
