Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced 1099 contractors in the US to handle rotating residential maintenance work orders focused on plumbing and electrical trades. You’ll work as a trusted partner, manage schedules, and receive fast payment upon completion while maintaining your own business operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of plumbing or electrical experience, own tools and a vehicle, and can onboard quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be a 1099 contractor with active General Liability Insurance (COI required).
• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing or electrical experience.
• Must own tools and a work vehicle (truck, van, or SUV).
• Must complete onboarding call with vendor team before receiving work assignments.
• Ability to use an online service portal to manage and track work orders.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Must be currently located in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential plumbing and electrical service requests.
• Perform diagnostics and complete basic repairs during the initial visit where possible.
• Work within assigned Not-to-Exceed budgets (typically $150–$350).
• Submit estimates for repairs or projects exceeding the NTE limits.
• Provide updates and job status via the mobile service portal.
• All materials are purchased by Superior.
