Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or currently attending high school.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background investigation.
• Able to work well with co-workers in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment and handle cash receipts and payments.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisors' directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned.
• Participate in in-store prospecting and cross-sell bank services.
• Process deposits and cash transactions; balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and inspect endorsements.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs; process Western Union wires.
• Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors; maintain attendance and punctuality.
