Job summary

Griswold Care for the Greater Twin Cities is hiring a part-time Personal Care Assistant / PCA to support seniors at home with non-medical care and companionship, helping clients maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and non-medical care to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with meals, grocery shopping and light housekeeping.
• Support personal care tasks such as feeding and bathing while preserving dignity.
• Communicate changes to the office and maintain caregiver-client continuity.

Skills

Reliable transportation

Valid driver's license

18+ years old

Willing to travel up to 25 miles

2+ years home care experience
