Job summary

Boomerang Transport is seeking drivers to transport injured workers to appointments in their own vehicles. Rides are scheduled in advance so you can choose times that fit your schedule.

You will be paid by the hour for wait time approved and roughly $50 per average trip, with about two trips weekly for most drivers. You must have a valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good condition (4‑door sedan/minivan/SUV under 15 years old), and meet eligibility requirements including insurance, cellphone

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years old or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must carry active auto insurance.
• Must have an active cell phone plan, with proof of 6 consecutive timely payments if prepaid.
• Must be a US citizen or resident with a TIN (SSN, EIN, ITIN acceptable).

Responsibilities
