Qualifications

• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Active auto insurance policy.
• Mobile phone plan with proof if prepaid and no autopay.
• US citizen or resident with a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
