Job summary

Jethro Health System LLC is seeking Part-time or Per Diem RNs and LPNs to deliver skilled home health nursing across assigned territories. You will join a multidisciplinary team, develop care plans, assess eligibility, and educate patients and families in their homes.

The role requires MA RN license, current BLS, reliable transportation, and a driver’s license. Pay ranges from 35 to 100 per hour, with 10–40 hours per week, depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• 1+ year of home health experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and updates care plans with input from physicians.
• Conducts patient evaluations for eligibility and medical necessity.
• Provides high-quality clinical nursing services within scope and infection control standards.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitors patient progress and adjusts care plans as needed.
• Provides education to patients and families on home care techniques.
• Performs OASIS assessments where applicable and coordinates services.
