Alvita Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) in the Centereach area and surrounding Suffolk County communities. We value compassionate, reliable caregivers with home care and/or facility experience; drivers are preferred.

Details include flexible scheduling with short or long shifts and a minimum case length of 4 hours. NYS HHA/PCA certification and work authorization are required; prior home care experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
• Must maintain professionalism in all written and verbal communications
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain them
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred
• Drivers preferred
