Responsibilities

• Perform defined work routines for the Dining Department using applicable utensils and equipment as directed by the Executive Chef.

• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures per regulations and facility policy.
• Attend in-service educational programs and report any equipment or safety concerns.
