Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking flexible, reliable individuals to perform driver/collection work with guaranteed hourly minimums where applicable. You choose when to work within client windows and will receive detailed training to maximize earnings and efficiency.

This is an independent, gig-like role designed for part-time availability and supplemental income. Requirements include a valid license, smartphone with company app, and ability to handle light lifting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and collect assignments at client stores.
• Complete tasks accurately and on time to meet project criteria.
• Utilize company pricing app to receive and report work.
• Maintain reliable transportation and report any issues.
