No previous experience required, though helpful; must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Douglas County applicants may need a Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining area, kitchen, and customer service areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
