Blumen is building the regulatory intelligence layer for American infrastructure. We seek a hydrogeologist to assess water supply and discharge viability at proposed energy and infrastructure sites within Blumen’s platform.

You will interpret hydrogeologic data, verify AI analyses, and help refine methods for evaluating water resources across states. Flexible-hours contract suitable for consultants or practitioners with capacity.

Competenze

• Experience in hydrogeology or groundwater resources.
• Ability to turn public data into defensible water availability judgments.
• Attention to citations and accuracy.

Mansioni

• Assess groundwater and surface water availability for construction and operations.
• Interpret hydrogeologic maps, well logs, aquifer tests, and agency datasets to estimate yield and flow rates.
• Evaluate discharge options and their capacity across sites.
• Identify contamination affecting source or discharge suitability.
• Identify permits, water rights, and groundwater management rules in each state.
• Review AI-generated findings, correct errors, and guide developers on next investigations.
• Help define Blumen’s methods for evaluating supply and discharge.
