Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning across all common areas, restrooms, entrances, and facilities. The role requires commitment to safety, reliable transportation, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Multiple shifts are available, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities. The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and adherence to health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas and spill cleanup.
