Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks store a welcoming space for the community
• Direct the work of team members and ensure quality beverages and food products
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and follow store policies and standards
• Foster effective communication and teamwork within the store team
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
