You will prepare, serve, or coordinate beverages, maintain clean work areas, follow safety standards, and collaborate with culinary and hotel teams to ensure smooth service during shifts, events, and peak times. This role offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred for supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond to requests promptly.
• Prepare, serve, or support food and beverage products according to standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work and service areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service requirements.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, stocking, and cleaning of beverage areas.
• Respond to guest concerns and seek management assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with culinary, restaurant, banquet, and hotel teams.
• Follow cash-handling, POS, and company procedures where applicable.
• Support events, banquets, and other operational needs as assigned.
